Solution: Clean and observe whether the screw raceway is damaged. If there is no damage to the detachable nut, first use the hollow sleeve provided by the supplier (if not, you can machine a hollow with an outer diameter slightly smaller than the small diameter of the screw and an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the shaft end Sleeve) on the shaft end, then slowly unscrew the nut, check whether the two ends of the nut ball circulation ring are damaged, if not, unload the balls (warning: if you have no experience, it is not recommended to try), and check the nut internal raceway. no damage.
2. Poor lubrication or impurities inside the nut
Solution: Loosen and unscrew the dust seal ring at both ends of the nut, pour lubricating oil with a viscosity lower than iso32 into the nut oil hole (the lower the viscosity, the better) to clean the nut, walk back and forth several times within the effective stroke, and then inject the viscosity Lubricating oil or grease between iso32~68, reciprocating several times.
3, poor installation
Solution: re-check and install the parallelism of the ball spline and the guide, the installation of the end bearing of the screw and the concentricity of the bearing end of the bearing at both ends, and straighten the screw with a straightening machine.
4. The concentricity or roundness of precision ball spline shaft skips large or the screw is bent.

A high-quality lithium soap base grease No. 2 is installed in the spline nut with a sealing ring (UU-shaped seal at both ends and sealed at one end).
