The disassembly of the THK guide rail is actually not as difficult as we do, but we still have to pay attention to the methods and details when disassembling, so we should pay attention to the following points during the disassembly process.
1. The standard products of THK guide rails have been filled with high-quality lubricant (lubricating oil) or lithium soap-based grease into the inside of the slider before shipment. After installation and trial operation, please look for lubrication on the slider again before the formal operation. Operation, lubrication is to use the same lithium soap-based lubricant.
2. Before the standard product of THK rail is shipped, the surface of the rail has been coated with anti-rust oil; during installation, if there is an action to clean the rail, please apply a layer on the surface of the rail again when the machine is installed. Appropriate compatible lubricants.
3. Because the slider of the THK guide rail is composed of many plastic parts, please avoid contact with some organic solvents or soak these parts during cleaning to avoid damage to the product.
4. The entry of foreign matter into the slider is one of the reasons for the failure and damage of the slider, and attention should be paid to avoid it.
5. Arbitrary disassembly of THK guide rail parts may cause foreign matter to enter the slider or reduce the accuracy of the linear guide. Please do not disassemble the linear guide at will.
6. Improperly inclined linear guide may also cause the slider to slide out of the guide due to its own weight. Please keep the linear guide horizontal when moving.
7. The drop or impact of the THK guide rail will damage the normal function, please avoid improper drop or impact.
8. Please use proper surface treatment when used in special environment.
9. The permissible ambient temperature range of the self-lubricating THK guide rail is -10 degrees to 60 degrees; the silent linear guide can tolerate the ambient temperature range of -10 degrees to 80 degrees; and the metal end cap type can allow a maximum temperature of 150 degrees. In addition, the maximum ambient temperature that a general linear guide can allow is 100 degrees.
10. There are plastic parts on the ends and sides of the THK guide rail. Do not hammer with hard rocket tools during installation. When the test operation starts after installation, no objects can be hit at overspeed. If the plastic parts break, the balls will roll. Out, the slider will also fall.
11. The THK guide rail has been lubricated before leaving the factory. If it is to be cleaned, it must be dried first, and then lubricated. The THK guide rail must not be operated without lubrication.
12. Do not remove the slider from the THK rail if it is not necessary. If you do not want to unload it, you must first align the auxiliary THK rail before removing the slider.
13. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the parts of the THK rail at will, which affects the accuracy and flexibility. It is strictly forbidden to install the ball that does not meet the requirements on the THK rail at will.
